Tree and Stars in Green - 15p

.

Green Social Day, on the 23rd September 2024, marks a new milestone in global efforts to tackle climate change and the fight to protect our life-supporting ecosystems. Igniting a wave of awareness and collective protest through the power of social media. This international initiative calls upon individuals and businesses worldwide to participate by uploading green-coloured images to their social media channels and by using the official hashtag #GreenSocialDay. The aim is to spark conversation, raise awareness, and mobilize communities towards meaningful climate action and peaceful protest.

A little help

01.

Simplicity

Participation in Green Social Day is simple: we want you to post on your social media channels e.g. Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram etc. on the 23rd September 2024.

02.

Green is the only option

You are invited to get creative with your posts but the main colour must be green. You could post a forest canopy, a green feathered bird, a green frog or you wearing a green T-shirt. It’s entirely up to you.

03.

Always use the hashtag

To ensure maximum visibility and impact, you should use the official hashtag #GreenSocialDay in posts, allowing you to connect with a broader community of like-minded global citizens and amplify the movement.

04.

Be supportive of others

Throughout the day, please share and like posts from others using the hashtag #GreenSocialDay, we want to foster a sense of community and peaceful collective action and protest.
